Why Was My Package Returned Back to Sender?Updated 15 days ago

Packages are sometimes returned to our warehouse for a few common reasons. Carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) may mark your shipment as “Returned to Sender” if:

  1. Incomplete or invalid address – Missing apartment, suite, or unit number, or errors in the street address or ZIP code can cause failed delivery.
  2. Delivery attempts failed – If the carrier cannot access your address or multiple attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned automatically.
  3. Duties or import taxes unpaid – For international orders, if required customs fees are not paid, the package will be returned to the sender.
  4. Refused delivery – If a package is refused at delivery or declined by building security, it will be sent back to our facility.

If your tracking shows “Returned to Sender,” please email our team at [email protected] with your order number. Once your package is received and inspected, our team will contact you regarding reshipment or store credit eligibility.

Note: Return-to-sender packages are subject to additional shipping fees if reshipped. SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit, or for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
