Why Haven’t I Received My Tracking Email Yet?Updated a month ago
It can take up to 48 hours after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier for tracking updates to appear in their system.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking email from SL Raw Virgin Hair. During this initial 48-hour window, it’s normal for your tracking link to show “Label Created” or “Pending Scan.”
If it’s been more than 3 business days since your order was placed and you haven’t received tracking details, please follow these quick checks:
- Check your spam or junk folder — tracking emails can sometimes be filtered there.
- Verify your email address — incorrect or incomplete emails at checkout can prevent delivery of tracking notifications.
- Review your order date — orders placed after 3 PM EST (Standard) or 12 PM EST (Express), on weekends, or during high-volume sale periods begin processing the next business day.

Note: Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to display movement or location updates. This delay is normal and depends on the carrier’s first scan.
