Why Hasn’t My Order Shipped Yet?Updated 4 days ago

Orders are typically shipped once they’ve been successfully processed within 1–2 business days. However, a few factors can cause a temporary delay before your order leaves our facility.

Here are the most common reasons your order may not have shipped yet:

  1. Payment or identity verification – For your security, certain orders may require an additional verification step before shipping. If requested, please follow the secure instructions sent by our verification team to confirm your order details.
  2. Third-party payment plans – If you used a payment plan such as Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, or another provider, these platforms may take extra time to authorize and release your order for shipment.
  3. Pre-order or made-to-order items – If your purchase includes a pre-order item, it will ship within the estimated time frame stated at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
  4. High-volume periods – During sales events or holidays, processing may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.

Once your order has completed processing, you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Note: Orders placed after 3 PM EST (Standard) or 12 PM EST (Express) begin processing the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
