Why Does My Package Say “USPS Awaiting Delivery Scan”?Updated 4 days ago

If your tracking status shows “USPS Awaiting Delivery Scan” or “Label Created, Awaiting Item”, don’t worry — this simply means your package has been registered in USPS’s system but has not yet been physically scanned by their facility.

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, it can take 24–48 business hours for the first scan to appear in the USPS tracking system. This step confirms that your package is officially in transit.

What You Can Do:

  1. Allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update once your shipping confirmation email has been received.
  2. Check your spam/junk folder for your shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking number.
  3. If it’s been more than 3 business days since you received your shipping confirmation and there are still no updates, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number for assistance.

Note: USPS and other carriers may occasionally experience delays in scanning or updating tracking information. Your package is still in transit and will be scanned once it reaches the next checkpoint.
