We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we work diligently to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, during periods of high demand or additional payment verification, processing times may take slightly longer than usual.

Common Reasons for Delays:

  1. High-volume periods – During major sales, holidays, or promotional events, order processing can take an additional 1–3 business days.
  2. Payment verification – If your payment information requires additional verification or does not match the billing address on file, processing may be delayed until authentication is complete.
  3. Pre-order or backordered items – These products will ship within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page or checkout screen.

Once your order has been successfully verified and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
