My Tracking Link Isn’t UpdatingUpdated 8 days ago
It’s normal for tracking links to show limited or no movement for up to 48 hours after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. This simply means your shipment is waiting to be scanned at the next facility or is in transit between checkpoints.
Carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL occasionally experience scan delays—especially during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods. In many cases, your package is still moving as expected, even if the tracking hasn’t updated yet.
It’s not unusual for tracking to pause due to one of the following reasons:
- The package is delayed in transit
- The package is awaiting its next scan or is at a sorting facility
- The package is held temporarily at customs (international orders)
- The carrier hasn’t scanned the item at every checkpoint
If your tracking has stopped updating but the package is still within the estimated delivery window, please allow the full timeframe to pass before contacting us.
If the delivery window has passed and there are still no new scans or movement:
- Check the tracking number directly on the carrier’s website for the latest update.
- Contact the carrier’s customer service for a location trace on your shipment.
- If the carrier confirms a delay or issue, email our team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details.
