My Package Was Delivered to the Wrong AddressUpdated 3 days ago

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered to the wrong address, we understand how concerning that can be. While we always do our best to ensure accurate shipping, once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Here are a few possible reasons and what you can do next:

  1. Address entered incorrectly at checkout – Orders are shipped to the exact address provided during checkout. SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
  2. Carrier error or mis-scan – Occasionally, USPS, UPS, or FedEx may scan a package as delivered to the wrong address or deliver to a nearby location by mistake.
  3. Forwarding or shared address – If your mail is forwarded or if you live in a multi-unit building, your package may have been placed with the property office, mailroom, or another unit.
  4. Carrier handoff – In some cases, UPS or FedEx may hand your package off to USPS for final delivery. When this occurs, the original carrier may mark the shipment as delivered once transferred, while the final carrier (USPS) completes the actual delivery within 1–2 business days.

What to Do Next:

  1. Contact the carrier immediately using your tracking number to open a misdelivery inquiry.
  2. Ask neighbors, leasing offices, or front desk staff if they may have received it by mistake.
  3. If the carrier confirms a wrong delivery, email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the carrier’s case reference.
