If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, don’t worry — in most cases, the shipment is still nearby or will arrive within the next 24–48 hours.
Here are a few things to check before contacting us:
- Check with household members or neighbors – Sometimes carriers leave packages with a front desk, leasing office, or a trusted neighbor for safekeeping.
- Inspect your surroundings – Look near porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms, or behind outdoor furniture where the carrier may have placed your package for security reasons.
- Confirm your delivery address – Review your order confirmation email to ensure the address entered was correct.
- Contact the carrier directly – Once an order shows “Delivered,” it means the carrier has scanned it as delivered to the provided address. Occasionally, a package is marked as delivered a day early before the final drop-off occurs.
Carrier Handoffs: In some cases, UPS or FedEx may hand your package off to USPS for final delivery. When this happens, the tracking number may show “Delivered” once it’s transferred, but the final carrier (USPS) will deliver it within the next 1–2 business days.
If you’ve completed these steps and your package still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours of the delivery scan:
- Check the tracking number directly on the carrier’s website for the most recent scan.
- Contact the carrier’s customer service to open a delivery inquiry.
