Track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your SL Raw Virgin Hair account. Carriers occasionally mark packages as “In Transit” or “Out for Delivery” even when delivery is slightly delayed.

2. Be patient during the delivery window

If your package is still within the delivery timeframe shown on our website, please allow the full delivery window to pass before contacting the carrier or our team. Carriers can sometimes experience delays, but your package is still on its way to you.

3. Confirm your shipping address

Verify that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete — including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

4. Contact the carrier directly

If your delivery window has passed and your package still hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly for assistance using your tracking number:

5. Reach out to our team
