How to Check the Status of Your OrderUpdated 7 days ago
You can check your order status by logging into your account or by reviewing the shipping confirmation email you received after checkout.
Orders placed before 3 PM EST (Standard Shipping) or 12 PM EST (Express Shipping) begin processing the same business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to process before shipping (some collections may require additional time).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to activate with the carrier.
If you don’t see your tracking email:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Log in to your SL Raw Virgin Hair account and go to Order History or select Track My Order.
- If it’s been more than 3 business days since your order and no tracking email has arrived, please contact [email protected].
Note: Orders ship Monday–Friday only (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Orders placed after cutoff times or during high-volume periods may experience delays.
