How Do I Update My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?Updated 5 days ago

Once an order is submitted, it immediately begins processing through our secure system to ensure fast delivery. For that reason, we’re unable to guarantee address changes after checkout — but here’s what you can do depending on your order’s status.

If Your Order Hasn’t Shipped Yet:

Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at [email protected].
If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we’ll do our best to update your address before it ships.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped:

Once an order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, SL Raw Virgin Hair can no longer make address adjustments.
You may be able to contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) directly to request an intercept or redirection, but these requests are handled at the carrier’s discretion and may incur an additional fee.


Note: Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled. SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
