Can I exchange or return my order?Updated a year ago

Yes, We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. All of the returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an SL Raw Virgin Hair E-gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your SL Raw Virgin Hair purchase, and you would like to return/exchange we will be more than willing to process as via store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. You must provide picture proof of unused items before starting a return. (Not applicable for sales items)

 

EXCHANGES ARE EASY. 

Need a different length or texture? Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back your most recent order from SL Raw Virgin Hair, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.

If you are returning/exchanging your order, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. The shipping label amount will be either deducted from your total refund or we will invoice you the shipping cost if your balance exceeds the exchange item cost. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

Samples, Sales, Special orders, or Used/Worn items are not eligible for return/exchanges. No store credit will be applicable.
 Items must have been paid in full on the date of purchase to be eligible for a return.
