How Do I Return or Exchange My Order?Updated 10 days ago

We want you to feel confident in every SL Raw Virgin Hair purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how to request a return or exchange within our 30-day policy.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original packaging with tags intact

  • Not altered, brushed, washed, or tampered with in any way

All returns must be submitted through our self-serve return portal for approval before sending anything back.


Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking fee applies to all approved returns requesting a refund to the original form of payment. This fee is deducted from the product value.

There is no restocking fee when you choose store credit.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If using your own shipping label, we recommend choosing a trackable method. SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for returns lost or delayed in transit.


Store Credit or Refund

You may choose between:

  • Store Credit (E-Gift Card): You'll receive a gift card for the amount paid at checkout, excluding shipping charges. No restocking fee applies to store credit returns.

  • Refund to Original Payment: You’ll be refunded the amount paid, minus a 50% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Need a different length, texture, or product?

We offer one-time exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is still eligible for return.

Please submit your request through our portal and select “Exchange” as your reason. Exchanges are processed once the returned item passes inspection.


Final Sale & Ineligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Products returned in used, worn, or opened condition




International Orders

At this time, international orders are final sale. Due to hygiene regulations and cross-border customs restrictions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items shipped outside the United States.

However, if your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email our team within 3 business days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

Our international support team will review your case and respond within 48 hours with next steps.


Notes:

  • International shipping, customs fees, VAT, and third-party charges are non-refundable

  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable under any circumstances

  • If a package is returned due to customs refusal or address error, only store credit is offered (with restocking fee applied)

Final sale items, samples, custom or special orders, and any products that have been worn, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange. Store credit will not be issued for ineligible items.


 Items must have been paid in full on the date of purchase to be eligible for a return.
