We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations and refunds at SL Raw Virgin Hair.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
In limited cases, if an order has not yet entered processing, a refund may be issued per policy.
Please note:
Once your order begins processing or has shipped, it is no longer eligible for store credit related to order changes. Most orders are processed quickly, so we recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing checkout.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
The item is unopened, unused, untampered with, and in its original packaging
The return has been approved and inspected
Refunds are issued in one of two ways:
Store Credit: You will receive the full value of your returned item(s) as a digital SL Raw Virgin Hair e-gift card.
Original Payment Refund: A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the product value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded:
Custom or made-to-order items
Items marked as Final Sale
Products not returned in their original, unused condition
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you choose to use your own shipping label, we recommend including tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed. Refunds are sent to the original email address used during checkout.
