If I Return an Item, Do I Lose My Points?

Yes—if you return a purchase, the points you earned from that transaction will be removed from your account.

Think of it this way:
Points are awarded based on your qualifying purchases. If that purchase is returned, it’s as if it never happened in your rewards journey.

Example:
If you placed an order for $150, you would earn 1,500 points (10 points per $1).
If you later returned an item worth $50, your total qualifying spend would drop to $100—meaning 500 points would be deducted, leaving you with 1,000 points.

This ensures our rewards stay fair, accurate, and reflective of true loyalty.


Already Redeemed the Points?

If you’ve already redeemed points from a now-returned order, the corresponding discount value may be deducted from your refund total.
