Can I Cancel or Get a Refund for My Order?Updated 3 days ago

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations and refunds at SL Raw Virgin Hair.


Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a store credit in the form of an SL Raw Virgin Hair e-gift card.

Please note:
Once your order has been submitted and begins processing, it can no longer be canceled or modified. Most orders are processed quickly, so we recommend reaching out immediately if you need assistance.


Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unopened, unused, untampered with, and in its original packaging

  • The return has been approved and inspected

Refunds are issued in one of two ways:

  • Store Credit: You will receive the full value of your returned item(s) as a digital SL Raw Virgin Hair e-gift card.

  • Original Payment Refund: A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the product value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are considered final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products not returned in their original, unused condition


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you choose to use your own shipping label, we recommend including tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.


Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed. Refunds are sent to the original email address used during checkout.
