Your points unlock rewards—but they do not work like cash or an open store-credit balance.
SL Raw Rewards Points can be exchanged for set-value discount coupons on eligible purchases. Each reward has its own points requirement and minimum qualifying order amount.
Before redeeming your points, here is what you should know about using your rewards at checkout.
Can I use all of my points on one order?
No. Your full-points balance cannot be applied to a single purchase.
Your points must be exchanged for one of the reward options available in your SL Raw Rewards account. Current rewards range from $5 off to $25 off.
Choose from the available reward tiers
Each reward has a set discount amount and a minimum qualifying merchandise subtotal.

What you can do with your points
- Exchange your points for one available reward coupon.
- Apply one eligible reward coupon to a qualifying order.
- Keep your remaining points in your account for future rewards.
- Choose the reward tier that best fits your qualifying purchase.
What you cannot do with your points
- Apply your entire points balance to one order.
- Combine or stack multiple Rewards coupons.
- Combine a Rewards coupon with another coupon or promotional code.
- Convert your points into cash.
- Transfer your points to a bank account or payment method.
- Use your points as an unrestricted store-credit balance.
Can I combine more than one reward?
No. Only one reward or discount code may be applied to an order.
For example, you cannot redeem a $10 reward and a $25 reward and apply both coupons to the same purchase. You must choose one eligible reward coupon for that order.
A Rewards coupon also cannot be combined with:
- Another Rewards coupon
- A welcome or new-customer discount
- A promotional coupon code
- Another special offer or discount code
What happens to my remaining points?
Only the points required for the reward you select will be deducted from your account. Your remaining points will stay available for future eligible rewards.
Example:
- Your account has 10,000 points.
- You redeem 2,500 points for a $25 reward.
- You receive one $25 coupon for an eligible order of $250 or more.
- Your remaining 7,500 points stay in your Rewards account.
You cannot redeem several coupons and combine them to create one larger discount on the same order.
Can Rewards Points be redeemed for cash?
No. Rewards Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a payment method, used to receive a cash refund, or applied directly as a dollar balance.
Points may only be used through the reward options available in the SL Raw Rewards Program.
Before redeeming your points
Please confirm that:
- Your order meets the reward’s required purchase minimum.
- Your cart contains qualifying, regularly priced merchandise.
- You are not planning to use another coupon or promotional code.
- You have selected the reward amount you would like to use.
Where can I use my reward?
Rewards may be used on qualifying, regularly priced merchandise when the required purchase amount has been met.
Rewards cannot be applied toward:
- Taxes
- Shipping charges
- Already-discounted merchandise
- Sale items
- Bundle or trio sets
- Orders using another coupon or promotional code
- Other excluded products or promotions, unless otherwise stated
